As the physical therapy profession adjusts to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the profession is still facing significant challenges with staffing and the workforce. To better understand the extent of these labor pressures, APTA and APTA Private Practice in summer 2022 collaborated with Vault Consulting to conduct a workforce pulse survey directed at outpatient settings.
