Where does the time go? Exactly where you direct it.

As the calendar page rolls over to February, there's a common sentiment on the lips of patients, friends, coworkers and family members. It seems as if everyone is asking, "How is it possible that we're already a month into 2015? Where the heck did 2014 go?"

The answer actually is quite simple, right? It went exactly where we placed it!

When it comes to integrating initiatives related to prevention and wellness into clinical practice, it's easy to put things off. If we wait a few months into the new year, what's the harm? Maybe April is a better time to get started, anyway. Or, now that we're into May and summer nearly is upon us, perhaps autumn makes more sense as a launch point.
