"Susie" is a retired social worker living in California who enjoyed being involved in community. But she has found that she lacks confidence going out of her home due to experiencing several falls over the past year. She had polio as a child and received extensive rehab at the time and throughout the intervening years. From this experience, she understands the importance and value of exercise.
