Like any love story, it started with a meeting.

An APTA New Jersey (APTANJ) district meeting in southern New Jersey hosted my Rutgers University program.

It was during that meeting that I saw firsthand how a professional association conducted business. It was also one of the first instances where I got to interact and socialize with peers and colleagues who are a part of the physical therapy profession.

Right then and there, I felt a spark of attraction.
