One of the most powerful engines of support for the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research is the Marquette Challenge, a student-led fundraising effort that has raised millions of dollars to help fund physical therapy research. The Challenge fosters a culture of giving and friendly competition while simultaneously educating students on the integral role research plays in defining the value of physical therapy. The fundraising efforts from the 2023-2024 VCU-Marquette Challenge raised more than $150,000 for the Foundation.
