Please use the form below to submit a video that may be included in the APTA Future of Physical Therapy Summit. Your video should be two- to five-minutes long and focus on an innovative idea that adds value to your practice or helps address a challenge in the profession, such as payment, staffing or adminstrative burden.

Deadline to submit is May 31.

When you're finished filming your video, please upload it to DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. and share the public link in the submission form.
