Overview
This position statement provides guidelines for physical therapists regarding assessment and management of supplemental oxygen for children and adult patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. As of April 2024, APTA Academy of Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Physical Therapy members are working on an update to this 2014 guideline.
