Physical therapists are natural entrepreneurs and problem-solvers. This course explores several paths of entrepreneurship, such as private practice, consulting, product development, social influence/podcasting, cash-pay home visits, and direct-to-employer services.

The purpose of this course is to:

  • Discover what entrepreneurship is and how it can be personified in physical therapy.
  • Find out the basics of how to start a private practice.
  • Become aware of nontraditional paths of entrepreneurship.
  • Hear pearls of wisdom and lessons learned from a variety of successful PT entrepreneurs.

There will be series of discussions and Q&A with PTs who have been successful in each of these areas of entrepreneurship, sharing their wisdom and insights, and inspiring participants to find their own success in pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams.

The lecture will be recorded and then will be available for On-Demand registrations and viewing about 1-2 weeks following the live lecture.
