Overview
This FAIR Consensus provides physical therapists (PTs) with evidence‑informed best practices to support injury prevention in female athletes. It provides recommendations for addressing modifiable risk factors, implementing neuromuscular and training‑based interventions, and guiding the use of appropriate protective equipment. PTs may be especially interested in Figure 2, recommendation tables a and b.
